Operation Methods
- Keep the surface dry and clean (no strict degreasing required)
- Install the mixing nozzle
- Mix components A and B evenly in 1:1 ratio
- Initial curing: 10 minutes
- Initial curing with pressure: 15 minutes
- Optimal adhesion achieved after 24 hours
Important Notices
- Operate in a ventilated area due to pungent odor (odor dissipates after 1 day)
- Allow 24 hours for full strength (48 hours for heavy applications)
- Component A: transparent; Component B: light yellow
- Use within 5 minutes after mixing (dries to milky white)
- Large quantities may solidify quickly - handle with care
- Chemical reaction generates heat and smoke - use appropriately for valuable items
- Stronger adhesion than instant drying adhesives, especially for metals
- Must be uniformly mixed - uneven mixing may prevent drying
- Wash skin with soap if contacted
- Difficult to remove once cured - may require repeated soaking in glue remover
